I purchased two of the SKB 2SKB-4814W bags after reading on the net that they would fit all or most cart bags. My wifes cart bag fits nicely in the case if you take items out of the side pockets ( larger side pockets on her bag ). My cart bag is a Ping Pioneer bag and we have to take everything out of the side and back pockets and its takes two of us to put enough pressure on the top to get the case closed. They are very well made cases and I am pleased with them except for the misleading information I read were they said they were made for cart bags. I expected the companies who advertise these bags would have checked with the most popular and well known bag manufactures before making this claim.

Excellent product. Performed exactly as advertised. Perhaps should have opted for the larger case so that I could have fit additional items (e.g. shoes) in case.


This is a stand out product.
It weighs a little more, but the quality of the hinges, latches, wheels, handles etc. is outstanding.
I use it for shipping trade show posters, materials etc. with the check in weight usually around 25 kgs.

Purchased this for a long trip (and my new clubs) that included changing planes and a lot of "handling" of the case. It took the trip perfectly and all the contents, which included not only my clubs but some extra items too, made it through with no problem. Great case - highly recommend it to securely travel with your clubs.

This is an excellent travel case for taking your cart bag with you on a trip. The bag is enormous, but this means it is big enough to carry the cart bag intact, and when you get to your destination, you can pull your cart bag out and away you go. Be careful over loading it- it's possible you could go over airline guideline weights if fully loaded with shoes etc. But it has a very sturdy design, and latches, and the TSA security locks give you peace of mind.
If had been a little lighter (and a little cheaper), it might have got a 5 star rating.


Have used other products but this is by far the best. The $1500 lifetime warranty is not offered by any competitor. I am 100% happy with the SKB.


I received the item in a timely manner and the cost at Amazon was much better other sites. My initial satisfaction with the case is very good although I have not traveled with it yet. I have a friend with a similar model from SKB and he was satisfied so I am expecting similar results. The overall case an latches seem very secure to me.
