I bought this bag, which I thought would be a quality item. Within the 1st 1 1/2 weeks, the back zipper became unstitched...I cannot fix this....Also, on the bottom of the bag is a black plastic, that is there to keep the bag rigid....this looks to be working it way through the canvis...already! When I contacted Amazon I was told that I can return the bag..at which time the bag would be sent to the mfg and they would determine if they can fix or replace the bag... well, by the time I send this out and get the bag back... Baseball season in NE will be over... I would not have this issue if I just bought a bag locally... I would not buy this bag again... and I would look locally before buying on-line.

We bought this bag for our daughter who is a softball catcher. This is a great way for her to transport all her catcher's gear as well as other gloves and bats. Wish it had some zippered outer compartments or a small zippered pouch inside near the top for phone, keys, sunglasses etc., but overall a great bag. Wheels roll very smoothly.
