this bag is great, has a main compartment and at the bottom it opens up too so easy access, kinda wish it had the middle opening too but sturdy. its pretty big though didn't expect it to be.

I purchased this pack for winter-time day hiking. My usual dayhiking pack did not have enough room to stow cold weather clothing, so I needed something bigger.
The good points of this pack are:
> Great value!
> All of the zipper pulls have a piece of orange, nylon webbing attached. This makes it easy to find the zipper - great idea!
> Generally appears to be sturdy, with some exceptions.
> The back padding is constructed such that air can circulate, and that really seems to help prevent the sweaty back problem.
> Lots of straps and lash points for attaching extra gear.
> Plenty of adjustments on the shoulder straps.
> The removable, internal back pad works well as a seat cushion, and can be readily replaced when you're ready to start walking again. I've used this several times and am quite pleased with this feature.
Drawbacks include:
> The side pockets are small, and intrude into the main compartment. They don't just buldge into the main compartment, they are fully contained inside of the pack. This takes away from available space, and makes it more difficult to access items in the main compartment.
> There are several different auxiliary compartments, but all of them are small...too small, in my opinion. The pack's overall capacity is good, but it's hard to organize items so that they can easily be found.
> It's not setup to accept a hydration system.
> The storm flap on the lower access to the main compartment makes it hard to work the zippers.
> The (internal) fabric used for the side pockets does not appear to be very rugged.
> There is not an option to divide the one, large compartment into two sections (as is found on some other packs).
> While not absolutely necessary, some instructions about the adjustments and features would have been helpful.
As a hiker, I am often fishing through the pack for various items, so the lack of good-sized pockets is somewhat annoying. I'm not sorry I purchased this pack, and it has served it's intended purpose reasonably well. For a travel pack, frequent access may be less of an issue. It's a good pack, and a great value, but predictably, it does not match the features and quality of a similar-sized, high-end pack, which can easily cost three times as much.

Not only is this an unbeatable price (unbelievable actually), but you will not be disappointed with this pack. Loads of room for everything you need to carry, the stitching is sturdy and it had any and every feature you could ask for in a pack. It opens from the bottom, which is always handy.
But the best part is by far the padding for your back, it remains comfortable and breathable too, your back will always sweat some with a pack on, but this padding reduces that significantly and allows you to carry loads for miles comfortably.

I am about to travel to South America, backpacking for 6-7 months. It was very important to me to purchase a good backpack, considering the fact that I'm about to carry it on my back for the next few months. It was very important to me also to find one which is not too expensive, considering my budget. I looked online and in stores and saw a lot of brand-backpacks which cost started from 150 and up to 300$. When I saw this item online, I decided to give it a try and purchased it.
I have to say, the backpack is perfect for me. It is comfortable, adjustable in the back and in waist so you can fit it personally for your comfort. I can really say that I couldn't ask for more in a backpack, and that is said regardless the price which is unbeatable.
