Bag is exactly as described. It's the quintessential backpack - one large pocket for textbooks, notebooks, laptop, etc... and one smaller pocket to store pens and the like. I'm convinced I'll be pleased with the durability and functionality for time to come.


I purchased for a great price. my daughter was looking for this color to match luggage she received.


The bag is small in size and thinner than most jansport bags but serves its purpose and seems sturdy for the price. I got it with free shipping so made the purchase worth it.


The picture used for this product does not protray what I received. The color is lighter and the straps are not gray. The whole bookbag is the same color. I really liked the gray/pink color scheme. But other than that it works great, Jansport has amazing quality bookbags!


The Original black Jansport backpack is a classic. I have an old one that still has not broken after at least seven years. My boyfriend liked mine so much that I got him one, too. It's big enough to hold a good amount of stuff (especially books) and has a couple compartments inside the front pocket, but there aren't too many pockets.


Bought this for my daughter, she liked the design. However, the material is very thin, and not what I expected in the Jansport name. While it makes the bag light to carry, I doubt it will last very long.


I've used Jansport backpacks for years and the quality is great. I wanted to find a rare color so I purchased it in Light Purple Passion and love it! The color was slightly different as I thought the strap/padding part of it was black but it turned out to be a dark violet & the strings to the zipper were striped not solid. Even though it wasn't the same as shown (not really a good thing) I ended up liking it better than the sample picture.


I cannot leave it at home since I bought it. It became my everyday friend. Not big, not small, just the best size and beautiful.


Got this bag for my sister, who loved it! Recommend these bags and this seller as well.


It is REALLY FRUSTRATING...
I ASKED FOR WHITE/SILVER STARS, it seems to be a problem with the product, they sent me the WHITE/SILVER TWINKLE STARS one...
I purchased it in amazon ONLY because I needed SPECIFICALLY the WHITE/SILVER STARS in the RIGHT DAY...

This order was time sensitive, anyhow everybody can make mistakes, so I called to let them know that It was wrong and they told me that they will fix it, they will not make the same mistake they will resend the backpack.... they ask me to send it back and they sent me "THE RIGHT ONE" but today (24 days after) I got in the mail AGAIN THE WRONG BACKPACK!...
Not to mention the other hydration pack that I bought in the same order that got lost in the mail...

I just want to place the complaint, I feel really frustrated and don't want to hear again a customer service representative telling me that "he assure me this will not happen again"

My recommendation: don't buy TIME SENSITIVE ITEMS.... don't think that you can have the very same item you are watching in the website.
