What a high-quality product! I always get nervous buying things online because I have no way of knowing how well they're made; how long they might last; etc. This is a *very* well-made product (zippers, stitching, pockets, etc.) with all the whistles and bells just as advertised.
The only thing that isn't "perfect" is that it can feel a tad small if I use the sneaker/wet clothes pocket -- which partially fills the bag itself. But that's what I paid for -- a small bag that I can jam into a gym locker while I work out. It works just right for that and I highly recommend it. Just don't buy it thinking that it will work as a carry-on for a two-day trip.
