I purchased the Kelty Fleece Sleeping Bag Liner for use alone (without a sleeping bag) in mild summer weather camping, primarily southern california. The bag liner is soft, roomy, and easy to stuff back into its stuff sack. There is plenty of room for foot stretching too. I found the liner very comfortable alone in 60 degree weather. Although I haven't tried it yet, I am sure it will fit comfortably into my cold weather sleeping bag adding additional warmth.

I bought this for a trekking/camping trip to patagonia. it worked and added at least 10 degrees of warmth to my north face sleeping bag. the design is a rectangular, which does not fit a mummy bag very well...it also is quite bulky if you care about how much weight and mass you are carrying.i was glad i bought it and took it on my trip
