I have another computer backpack, but it was so heavy because of all the extra padding. I don't like all that extra weight especially in warmer weather. What I like about this backpack is that it is lightweight but still provides the protective padding for my laptop. It has great compartments and plenty of space. I'm a teacher and I use it for books, papers, and my laptop. It is cute but extremely functional.

This pack is great. It has lots of room for all of my stuff. I am a history major, and that is saying a lot. Price seems a bit steep at first, but it has a lifetime warranty, but I am assuming that I will never need it. My last pack (not a JanSport product) ripped in about 3 weeks. I have had this one three months and it does not have a single stray thread. Buy with confidence.
