This stuff sack is designed to easily compress your sleeping bag down to a smaller size, giving you more room for other gear. The 2 side-release buckles make it easy to access your bag and keep the lid attached so you won't ever lose it. It conveniently folds into a self-carry pocket when not in use.

I bought this stuff sack to match my wonderful Slumberjack sleeping bag. As soon as I put my bag in the sack and began to tighten the straps, one of the buckles snapped off. About a week later, another one broke, forcing me to tie two of the straps as tight as possible. I don't know if this is an isolated incident, but I don't recommend tightening the straps all the way unless you want to lose a buckle or two.


I've been able to cram in a relatively bulky sleeping bag, and compress it enough to get into the sleeping bag section of my girlfriends 55L backpack. I doubt she would be able to do it on her own, as it is an extremely tight fit. The seams are somewhat strained when compressed, but it has held up so far. It would be a far better fit with a lightweight hiking sleeping bag, but she only goes backpacking with me maybe 5 times a year.


I ordered this product because it was a good value. Expected a cheap product but it is a quality one. I did have one issue due to manufacturing defect and I called the company and they replaced it free of charge. Great support.


A word to the wise, be careful when you stuff this sack! The compression sack is actually comprised of two sections sewn together close to the top (near the pull string). The easiest way to load it up is to fold the top down to the point it where it is sewn together. If you don't do this you will find yourself pulling on the fabric to stuff more gear in and without folding it you risk tearing it at this seam. If you follow this simple suggestion you will get much more life from this compression sack. I learned this the hard way with a larger Slumberjack sack and it tore while trying to get a sleeping bag in. With that knowledge I executed precaution with these new sacks and have been able to get quite a bit of gear in each of the two I purchased.

I recommend this product, with precautions.


This works perfect for the sleeping bag I have and resists water getting in...even after keeping it in Snow for 3 hours!!!
Worked perfect for my hiking trip! A little bigger but does the job well!
