Popular design with great durability and price
Bought this for my 16 year old daughter. Played two seasons with it and she likes it better than all her previous bags. Nice zippered front pocket for the ball and additional side pockets keep things better organized. Zippers have held up and it looks better than most bags in my opinion (Maroon/black) is nice color combo.
We bought this bag for my son since he needs to bring his soccer ball every day to school. This is the best way to carry it along with all his other soccer items. I would definitely recommend this bag.
Love this soccer bag! Have had it for over a year, it stands up great to soccer boys. Expect to have it for many more. Great pockets, made with the soccer player in mind.
I bought this backpack for my 8 yr old son. It looks really big on him, but the roomy backpack can hold lots. We like the the big side vented pockets for his extra shoes and water bottle. The ball pocket is great too. Everything has a place so its easy to find.

I puchased the LMF II as a survival knife. It is a sturdy knife with a neat sheath and built in sharpener. The one complaint I have is that I bought the knife because it was advertised as being made of Sandivik 12/20 stainless steel however when I recieved it there was a sticker stating the blade was 420 HC steel. Obviously this in not as good a steel however upon contacting Gerber I was informed by the tech dept that Sandivik was not sending consistently good steel. So the decision was made at Gerber to use the 420 HC which can be treated to a good duribility. So in summery here is my PROS/CONS:
Pros: Heavy duty, great serrations on blade, great sheath design and comes with leg straps and seatbelt cutter(not that I'll ever use it).
Cons: This knife is HEAVY (but that is a durability trade off), Plastic in handle(for elec. insulation) not great for battoning(shelter making) I already destroyed this stuff, Point on pommel useless unless you want to break glass/plexi. I would have rather had a better pommel hammer.
Overall good knife I would take it with me if I had to have a knife to survive with, I'd rather lug a heavy blade than a light one that could break.
I purchased this knife before going on a primitive camping trip to False Cape State Park in Virginia. Going on a trip like this without a reliable blade is like driving your car without a seat belt, you might be OK without it but what happens when all hell breaks loose. While I didn't experience any significant hardships on this trip I knew I had a capable knife. It did get used to prep meals, cut basic rope and some wood as well as get used as a hammer quite frequently. It shows some good wear and tear but whats the point of having a knife like this if it isn't going to get dirty. Even got used to help me repair a few things on my bike during the trip. Absolutely recommend this knife.
I bought this knife for camping and backpacking. The case straps to your calf or belt. The knife is heavy duty and can take a beating. The website below shows videos of what this knife can take. I knew it was a good knife before I bought it, I just didn't realize how good. It has some weight to it, but has a ton of great features. The blade is nearly 5 inches long and partially serrated. The case is fire resistant, has a built in sharpener, and securely holds the knife in place. The grip is comfortable and secure. Gerber designed this knife with the military, you can tell. I love Gerber, and I love the LMF 2, defiantly the best knife I own.

The knife comes with a seatbelt cutter in a nylon sheath. I think all the LMF's do, but it isn't explicit in the descriptions.
The knife is sturdy, the blade has a fine utilitarian shape, the grip fits the hand well and the sharpener in the sheath is very convenient. The sheath itself has so many options for mounting it feels a little cumbersome, so much so that it needs an instruction manual on the sheath. There doesn't appear to be a good solution between "dump it in a pocket of a back pack" and "it is it's own drop-leg rig." There are lots of options if you've got MOLLE attachments, though. I took off the cordura and slid the knife in the plastic sheath in the pocket of my back pack next to the hydration bladder.

though these bags seem to have a 'harder' feel than my previous bags, these are high quality bags and i assume that the corn will break down into a nice 'meal' and the bags will become softer with more use. i would recommend buying these bags to anyone. i will definitely buy these again in the future when replacement (or additional) bags are needed.

This was my first High Sierra purchase. I recently borrowed on from a friend for my vacay back to the states. It was awesome. This bag is very sterdy, and handles being thrown out of helicopters rather well. The fact that it can roll in airports, and then be put on like a back pack for walking up stairs and through rocks and sand is perfect.
The shipping was outstanding. The estimated date that I was to recieve the bag was a little too far, and I needed it within the week and a half of the purchase. I contacted the people at luggage guru, and they were able to ship it to me within the first day or two of my purchase. It got to me the 2 days before I was supposed to leave. I ordered it on the 28th of February and I recieved it on the 10th of March, which sounds like a longer time than needed, but I was in Iraq. Mail normally takes 2-3 weeks to get out there to us, so that shows you how much these guys were willing to try to work with my request.
Overall, great product from a great company with an awesome group of people to see that it got to me in a very timely manner.
Bought this for my daughter who went on a 6 wk trip to France. It was perfect. Just the right size, fit a ton and just made weight at the airport. Easy to pull although it tips over if stood upright. Good value.

I bought this product, and immediately returned it. It was incredibly sad how cheaply this thing was made given how much Nike charges... there are much better bade duffles out this in this prices range...
Great bag. Its the bag it claims to be.
Like some other reviews pointed out, its slightly bigger than expected, but that's not really a complaint. You can easily fit your clothes into this bag while you are working out, including shoes and a coat.
It could use maybe one more isolated pocket, but that's the only thing I would change.
I'm doing kickboxing and this bags is perfect for me because is big and have a compartment separates for dirty clothes, shoes, etc. Excellent design and just the right size to carry back and forth everyday.

This is a sturdy backpack and good for the price. I've always thought JanSport had the best backpacks and this one doesn't disappoint. I wanted something attractive that wasn't too flashy. I'm a law student and I carry around ridiculously heavy books, so in addition I needed something sturdy. This backpack does not disappoint. It holds up very well.
It has two main zipper parts. The first one is the "main large one," where I put all of my books. The second one is smaller, and has a pocket to put your cell phone as well as another place to put pencils or anything else. I usually also put my lunch in this part, or something smaller than a regular textbook or notebook.
There is also a very small little pocket at the top near the top handle. It also zips up and I use this to put my car keys and my sunglasses in. You could also probably put an iPod or something else up there.
I gave this four stars instead of five only because I wish there was a smaller zipper pocket on the front of the bag. My other JanSport bag had more smaller compartments and I do miss that. All in all, however, I love the style of this bag and the color, so this is a great bag for the price.
No real complaints, the price is a bit high, but not too bad... good backpack
The backpack does hold just about all you can imagine packing for school. The straps are comfortable and don't rub my shoulders like my previous bag did. However, almost immediately some of the stitching on the front came loose, and the straps make a faint squeaking noise if you walk fast with a heavy load. You can load it full of heavy items, but as all backpacks do it will hurt your back if you carry too much. Overall, I'd recommend this backpack for anyone needing to carry a heavy load for shorter distances.
